Credit Cards

We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Multiple Product Orders

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. We will ship unavailable products as soon as they become available, unless you specify otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple-shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Impress Athletix, LLC, reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Other Conditions

These conditions will supersede any terms and conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. Impress Athletix, LLC, reserves the right to introduce changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, non-custom/personalized products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out of stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out of stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Returns

Our return & refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made that result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as personalized or custom products, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Due to the nature of custom sublimation, screen-printing, vinyl, and embroidery, Impress Athletix will only replace defective items or errors on the part of Impress Athletix. Approval of proofs is required prior to order completion; therefore, refund payments will not be issued for wrong sizes and misspellings unless it is the error of Impress Athletix. 
  • Shipping

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition due to the customer's error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customersupport@impressathletix.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customersupport (at) impressathletix (dot) com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time—Most non-custom orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. If an item is backordered or will take longer, we will contact you via email.  Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.  Custom or personalized orders ship in different timeframes. Custom tumblers have a 3-week production time. Custom vinyl and screen-printed items have a production time of 7-10 business days. Custom sublimated apparel has a production time of 3 to 4 weeks. Production time frames do not include shipping time. All of the above production times are dependent on whether the product ordered is in stock.
Free Shipping—All online orders over $150 will receive free shipping within the continental U.S.  Orders of team apparel and orders made over the phone will not qualify for free shipping.  Some products are excluded from the free shipping rules due to large size and/or weight, at the company’s discretion. Including, but not limited to, shot puts, discus, cages, mats, etc...
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit times offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Taxes

Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Impress Athletix, LLC holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Impress Athletix, LLC, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Impress Athletix, LLC, shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Impress Athletix, LLC will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
